"INVITED PAPER" Presenters
Oral Presentation
- Each oral presentation is allocated25min. including 5 min. Q&A.
- Please bring your own PC with HDMI connection plug.
"UPGRADED CONTRIBUTED PAPER" Presenters
Oral Presentation
- Each oral presentation is allocated15min. including 5 min. Q&A.
- Please bring your own PC with HDMI connection plug.
"CONTRIBUTED PAPER" Presenters
Short Oral Presentation
- Each short oral presentation is allocated3min. without Q&A.
- Please use the common PC containing all the presentation files provided at the podium.
- Please sit or wait close to the podium to facilitate smooth transition between presenters.
- A monitor with a timer will be set up so that the presenter can keep track of his/her remaining time.
Uploading Short Oral Presentation files
- All presenters can upload their short oral presentation files (in ppt or pdf format) at "Registration Desk" during Registration Hours (Aug. 26, 16:00-18:00).
- Those presenters who cannot upload their short oral presentation files on Aug. 26 can do so in "Workshop Room" during Designated Time Slots below:

- Filename is to be typed as "Paper Number-Your Family Name". (ex. 3-4-Hashizume)
- The common Windows-PC containing all the files for short oral presentations will be provided at the podium for each presenter to operate.
Poster Specifications & Set-up
- The poster board is 210 cm high x 90 cm wide.
- Please set-up your poster material on the board in "Poster and Exhibition Room" when you arrive at the workshop venue as soon as possible. Poster materials are kept put on the board during the workshop for participants to view at any time.
