SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
TWHM2022
will be held as a hybrid format (both
on-site
meeting and virtual) at this moment.
All contributed papers of TWHM2022 will be
assigned to poster presentations with short
oral
presentation on-site. On-line presentation
option
will be available for authors on line.
Any changes of the workshop will be
announced on
this site.
PREPARING
ABSTRACT
- Please submit a two-page abstract
written in
English in A4 or Letter size. Only
PDF
format less than 5 MB is acceptable.
Do not
encode or compress the file.
- Your abstract must clearly and
concisely state
the specific results of your work
with
appropriate figures and key
reference
within the two-page limit. Write the
paper
title, author(s), affiliation(s),
corresponding e-mail address on the
first
page. Abstract example and
application are
available at the TWHM2022 website.
- DO NOT use two-byte characters in both
figures
and texts.
- All the colored artworks will be
reflected as
colored.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Accepted abstracts will be distributed
to
on-site attendees by a USB memory.
The
abstracts will be also available
online
exclusively for TWHM2022 registered.
Online
publication will appear from 0:00 on
August
29, 2022 JST to 24:00 on September
11, 2022
JST.
- Poster presentation materials will be
published online exclusively for
TWHM2022
registered participants in a
non-downloadable way. They will
appear from
0:00 on August 29, 2022 JST to 24:00
on
September 11, 2022 JST.

Authors of accepted papers are required to agree

- The copyright of abstracts,
presentation
materials belong to the authors.
- TWHM will not be responsible or
reliable if
abstracts and/or presentation
materials
infringe on a third party's
copyrights and
other intellectual property rights.
- TWHM may occasionally use your
registered
email address to send information on
TWHM.
Abstract submission by e-mail
Within the two-page
limit,
the abstract should include appropriate
figures
and key references (example file:
abst-example.pdf
). In addition, we would like to ask
to
prepare an Application Form (
Application-form.doc
).
